Delivery and Shipping Policies:
Delivery and Shipping charges are in addition to the price of the gift purchased. Tamara's Treasures offers hand delivery in the greater Los Angeles area. Delivery charges vary depending upon the delivery area, and range from $8 - $40 per location; these rates are continually updated and are competitive with courier and messenger service rates. For residential deliveries, we request a contact phone number so that we can confirm someone will be available to receive the gift, allowing for an average 2- 4 hour time frame for delivery. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.
There will be a charge for a second delivery if we are given an incorrect address.
If we attempt to make a delivery and the recipient is not home, we will try to;
1.) Leave the gift with a neighbor,
2.) Leave a note on the recipient's door so they can contact us to make a re-delivery, or
3.) Leave the gift at the delivery address if it seems safe to do so, unless you tell us otherwise.
If a second delivery attempt is necessary, an additional delivery charge will apply.
We can confirm delivery of the gift by email or phone, at your request.
We ship anywhere in the Continental United States! Shipping prices vary, depending on size, weight and destination. Shipping times vary, and may take up to 7 - 9 days if shipping to the East Coast. Rush Delivery is available upon request, for an additional fee. We encourage you to place Holiday orders early so your gift will arrive in a timely manner. If delivery is to Alaska or Hawaii, add an additional $7.00 per item for shipping.
If a product is damaged as a result of shipping, a claim must be filed with the carrier.
Finished designs are wrapped with a food safe cellophane. Chocolates cannot be shipped during the Summer.
Special Dietary Needs:
Please inform us if the recipient of the gift ordered has any specific dietary needs, restrictions, or preferences.
Inventory:
We refresh our inventory frequently so we can provide you with the best and most popular items available. Tamara's Treasures reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value.

We always respect your privacy! Each client's information is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or loan our mailing list to anyone. Any information you give to us is kept in strictest confidence so we may provide you with the best customer service possible.
